The concept was to create an amorphous digital identity that lived between the worlds of 'the now and the future'. This was realised by creating the contrast between the pixellated 'Make' wordmark in the name, and the classic 'Real' font use.

Comprehensive guidelines were also developed on the how the brand should be used and extended across a broad range of channels.

We then developed and designed how the identity and brand would be used in digital activations and exhibition space.

MakeReal collaborates with many global brands to create immersive experiences and products. So they wanted examples of how the partnership branding lockups would be used.

Full disclosure: This was actually the 'second' concept shown in the original concept presentation, but the client chose the other one. But I still prefer this version.
Still one of my favourite identities I've created.
Next projects.
