Dublin Airport (DAA) had a multi-site digital presence creating a confusing, inconsistent experience for millions of travellers. The existing platforms hindered rapid content updates, personalisation, and future expansion, creating missed opportunities to drive revenue due to a poor user experience and lack of integrated services. The outdated digital presence failed to meet modern traveller expectations for seamless, stress-free airport interactions.

A dynamic CTA system was introduced through tokenisation that defined Primary, Secondary and Tertiary variants and interactives states, for clear navigation across components and pages.
A comprehensive library of wayfinding icons was catalogued and organised using design tokens.
A modern, fresh and dynamic look and feel was delivered. The creation of new components that were versatile, engaging and fit for purpose created an improved CX that personalised the journey based on audience needs to create a seamless and stress-free airport experience.
