The challenge with the platform and product was to create a design framework and language for high-volume, daily software use, with very data-rich information, that could work as the users main 'management research' hub and communication tool.
/ Solutions
Tokenised design system for seamless development
An adaptive Interface to address the information architecture complexity
Portable component sets for product-wide functionality
Contextual learning to empowers teams
A dynamic CTA system was introduced through tokenisation that defined Primary, Secondary and Tertiary variants and interactives states, for clear navigation across components and pages.
Light and dark modes were created across the product and design system to accommodate different user preferences and environments.

The result was a clean, modern and scalable UX/UI and design system that would function day-to-day for a wide range of users with different skill levels, and understanding of the data metrics.
The Bipsync project was very complex and detailed, but ultimately very rewarding as a design challenge, giving structure, rigour and a fresh approach to a widely used daily tool.
The result was a real collaboration of different teams and their requirements, aligned to user needs, to deliver the end product.
Next projects.
